Losing someone without saying goodbye or resolving an issue can result in long-lasting trauma, and therapy or counselling is often needed to process the grief.
“I’d really encourage Meghan to see her dad. If she doesn’t, I think she’ll regret it for the rest of her life. While they’ve had a fractious relationship – and we don’t really know the inside story – I think it’s salvageable. Her relationship with her dad could move forward.
