I’ve relied on friends and family so much in the last year. SIMPLE STARTER SCALLOPS WITH CHORIZO SERVES 2 • 160g frozen peas • 1tbsp butter • 1tbsp olive oil • 50g chorizo, cut into even chunks • 6 prepared king scallops • Rocket leaves, to garnish STEP 1 Boil the peas according to the pack instructions, then drain well. Add half the butter, blitz with a hand blender, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm and set aside.
