SIMPLE SUPPER BEEF BIBIMBAP BOWL SERVES 4 • 250g basmati rice • 1 tbsp oil • 500g stir-fry beef, thinly sliced • 1tbsp gochujang chilli paste • 250g pak choi, quartered lengthways • 2 carrots • 4tbsp ketjap manis sauce • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds STEP 1 Cook the rice in boiling water for 10-12 mins until tender, then drain.
