How much do you spend per week?
I do one big shop a month where I spend around £150, for my husband Jon and children, Joy, five, and Albion, three. I’m away a lot, so I do smaller shops from week to week for about £40.

For breakfast, I have porridge with almond milk, topped with almonds, pumpkin, sunflower and hemp seeds, sultanas, dried apricots and fresh fruit. It fills me up and keeps me going. For a snack, I’ll have a protein shake with cashew butter or nuts and fruit. Lunch will be rye bread with avocado, tomatoes or mushrooms in olive oil.
