Granny Lynda Jager leaves most 20-somethings in the shade as she works out in the gym twice a day and has the six-pack to prove it.
Looking buff at the age of 61, she’s been honing her super-sculpted physique since her teens, but didn’t start competing in bodybuilding competitions until her 50s.
And Lynda says that with a bit of hard work, any woman can look like her – whatever their age.
Lynda, who works in admin, says, “As a pensioner, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. If you hit the gym hard, and maintain a healthy, balanced diet, anyone can get toned like me.”
