How much do you spend per week?
Around £200 for myself, my daughters Connie, 17, and Pollyanna, eight, and my partner Martin. I’ll do an online order, then go to a few local places.
Describe your daily diet…
I’ll have a juice as I’m dashing out the door – usually kale, spinach, ginger and pineapple. Lunch tends to be poached eggs, cheese, chili, avocado and harissa, using good fats like olive oil as a dressing, and then I’ll add crispy bacon. For dinner, I’m a big fan of the slow cooker. I’ll chuck in chicken thighs, onion and garlic, peppers, carrots, bacon, stock and a can of tomatoes and serve it with loads of rice. I snack on dark chocolate, or spoonfuls of almond butter.
