Ryvita has found that 62% of Brits consider themselves “healthy”, but 42% don’t eat any fibre-rich fruit or veg. For fibre, eat fruits like berries, pears, melon and oranges and vegetables like broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn, potatoes with their skins on, peas, beans and pulses, nuts and seeds, wholegrain breakfast cereals, brown pasta, wholegrain bread, oats, barley and rye.
