JOHN TORODE’S TOMATO AND PESTO TARTS MAKES 4 500g block all-butter puff pastry Plain flour, for dusting 1 egg, beaten 2tbsp pesto 8 plum tomatoes, sliced 100g watercress 2tsp olive oil STEP 1 Heat oven to 220°C/Gas 7.
