“Panda eyes” may indicate iron deficiency anaemia, especially if you also have a pale complexion, breathlessness, palpitations and tiredness. Ask your GP for a blood test and eat iron-rich foods, such as lean meat, fish, pulses, beans, nuts, seeds, egg yolks and leafy greens.
