After having Polly, four, Kym said parts of her body would never be the same again. But the star, 39, stays slim by working out three times a week with a personal trainer. She also does high-intensity interval training – short intense bursts of exercise to get your heart rate up and burn fat. She says: “I do lots of lunges and squats – they give your bum and thighs a fantastic shape.”
THE FOODS
Size 10 Kym, who’s also mum to David, 20 and Emily, 18, sticks to the high-protein Paleo Diet, avoiding grains, potatoes, processed foods, sugar and dairy.
