HOW IT WORKS
1 Follow the menu to the right. You can pick any meal combination. If you’re after more ideas, visit www.slimmingworld.co.uk** or join your local Slimming World group.
2 If you're a vegetarian or vegan, simply swap the meat and dairy items for lentils, beans, pulses (dried or canned in water, then drained), or plain or smoked tofu, Quorn Mince, or Quorn Pieces.
3 Foods in bold are “Free Foods” which can be eaten freely to satisfy your appetite. These include veg, pasta, lean meat, fish, rice, potatoes, fat-free dairy and eggs. Snack on these if you're hungry between meals, as well as fresh fruit.
4 Bulk buy fat-free salad dressings, stock, herbs, oil-free passata, tomato purée, soy sauce and spices – and use freely.
