I WAKE UP AROUND 6.30AM and straight away, I get on the floor to do about 300 push-ups. Then I have breakfast, which is just a coffee really, and a magnesium tablet, before the kids wake up [Fred is dad to Andrea, 12, and Matteo-Lucien, seven, with his ex partner of 12 years].
I CYCLE TO MY RESTAURANT, GALVIN AT WINDOWS, in London, which takes about half an hour door to door. We open at noon, so in the morning we have meetings with the chef and the manager, and get ready for service. Sometimes I might have an interview or some filming for First Dates.
