Despite my best attempts, the Davrian steadfastly refused to start the other day. I’d charged the battery (using the excellent Genius battery charger), filled the nearside tank with Shell V Power, added Millers VSP Plus, installed new Volvo plugs and nothing much happened! The engine coughed a couple of times, but that was it.
So on the advice of my good friend Nick Cleak (who’d suggested the Volvo plugs and who thought that one Weber was drawing more fuel than the other, I adjusted the carburettor balance so the butterflies were in line. Next, I hooked the Davrian up to my Volvo V60.
