Sriracha fried chicken Serves: 4 Prep: 15 min, plus chilling Cook 20 min Cost per serving: £1.22 • 150ml sriracha sauce • 200ml buttermilk • 1kg chicken pieces – wings, thighs, drumsticks, or breast halves • 300g plain flour • Pinch of salt • 400ml vegetable oil • 4 spring onions, finely sliced 1 Combine sriracha sauce and buttermilk in a large bowl, then add chicken pieces, ensuring each one is well-coated.
