Chilli prolongs life Anew study, by the American Heart Association, has discovered that chilli may make you live longer! Records of over 570,000 individuals around the world were used to compare chilli pepper eaters with chilli pepper avoiders. The findings have shown that those who do eat the heat are 26% less likely to die from cardiovascular illnesses, 23% less likely to die from cancer, and have a 25% reduction in all-cause mortality.
