BAKED MEATBALLS SERVES 4 YOU’LL NEED... • 1 x 500g pack of lean beef mince • 1 onion, finely diced • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped • Salt and pepper • 1 x 400g can of chopped tomatoes • 1 x 400g can of tomato soup • 1/4 pint of veg stock • 2 handfuls of grated parmesan • 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced • A handful of chopped parsley HOW TO DO IT… 1.
