So, it is no surprise that we believe we have control over our destiny at some point in our life. To be honest, I find this assumption to be valid until the desires we yearned for fall short, leading to dissatisfaction, hopelessness, and disappointment! Nomatter how we prepare ourselves for our goals, the results occasionally collapse. This setback can lead to frustration, and you begin identifying other areas in your life as failures, positioning your mindset with emotions of uncertainty, making you feel terrible.
Through my own experiences, before obtaining my graduate degree in Public Health, my mindset to succeed was my driving force to step into my new career. Then, in May of 2020, the pandemic struck, and job openings in my field flooded the market.
