So about six months ago, I quit my job as special projects editor at Bon Appétit and set off on a yearlong 16-country tour throughout Asia.
By the time you read this, I’ll have already bounced around China, India, Thailand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
