This past spring, we conducted our latest photo contest, the 2021 BirdWatching Photography Awards, at www.birdwatchingdaily.com. We received more than 770 entries — images of owls, eagles, hummingbirds, cranes, and passerines, among others.
We announced the finalists and honorable mention photos on our site in mid-summer, followed by the three winning images, which are shown on the following pages.
