WHERE TO WATCH
1 You can view Thorpe Lake, the largest expanse of water, from or near the Natural World Centre. In winter, expect ducks such as Wigeon, Teal, Goosander, Pochard, Shoveler, Gadwall, Tufted Duck and Mallard, plus Mute Swans and Greylag Geese. Great Crested and Little Grebes are likely, too. Common Terns are found here in summer, and look out for Hobbies overhead, as well as likely Kestrel, Sparrowhawk and Buzzard.
