When people start thinking of their holidays, it’s always with one eye on the weather. So, if you’re picking a spot like Mull, there has to be a promise of at least some good conditions. Good weather is ideal for eagles to soar in, and be seen, while heavy rain can keep them tucked away.
If the latter does occur, though, you have to think of other species to go and find, and boy, does that encourage you to tour the island and its offshore isles to find not only birds but some amazing sea mammals as well in summer!
