STATE of Origin unavailability is an easy excuse for teams at this stage of the year, but Dragons halfback Bent Hunt says that won’t suffice this week when the Red V host the Storm in Wollongong.
Fresh from a much-needed win over the Cowboys, the joint-venture will head into the Round 16 clash minus Hunt, Tyson Frizell, Paul Vaughan, Tariq Sims and Corey Norman, who is set to make his Maroons debut in the Origin decider.
The ladder-leading Storm will be without their representative players, but can rest more easily knowing they still have Cameron Smith calling the shots.
