White chocolate & pistachio paste with amarena cherries Serves 4 Takes 7min • 100g pistachios • 100g white chocolate • 80ml double cream • Sprinkle of flaky sea salt • 4 slices of seeded bread • 4tbsp amarena cherries, with some syrup 1 Put the pistachios into the small bowl of a food processor and blitz until they form a paste (be patient). 2 Melt the white chocolate in bursts in the microwave, and bring the cream to a simmer in a small pan on the hob.
