SPECS and prices have been confirmed for the updated Hyundai i20, which gets a simplified model range with one petrol engine and three trims to choose from.
Entry-level Advance versions start from £20,770 and get 16-inch alloys, LED lights, an eight-inch infotainment screen and 10.25-inch digital instruments, front and rear parking sensors and a rear camera.
Mid-tier Premium models cost from £22,570 and add 17-inch wheels, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, auto wipers, and heating for the seats, steering wheel and centre armrest. Ultimate models throw in keyless entry and start, wireless charging and a Bose stereo, and start from £24,070.
All i20s come with a 99bhp three-cylinder turbo petrol engine matched to a six-speed manual gearbox, while a seven-speed automatic ’box costs £1,250 extra.
