Cupra turning up heat with new Leon engine
CUPRA has added a new 2.0 TSI 245 petrol engine to its Leon hot hatchback line-up, making this the most affordable model in the Spanish brand’s range.
The car (above) produces 242bhp and 370Nm of torque, sending power to the front wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission for a 0-62mph time of 6.4 seconds. The Leon is on sale now, priced from £31,460, and comes in VZ1 and VZ2 trim levels.
