The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 global goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 to be achieved by 2030. They aim to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all, covering areas such as health, education, gender equality, clean energy, climate action, and sustainable cities.
The Status of SDG Progress Globally
