I began my career as a hairdresser in London, and I remember one day watching a junior stylist struggle to shampoo a woman with long hair. It was getting knotted and damaged, and I could tell the client wasn’t happy. So I gave it a shot. I gently shook and tapped the knots and they really started to untangle themselves.
