1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 cup powdered sugar½ (8-oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed1 cup chopped pecans, toasted½ cup packed brown sugar⅓ cup light corn syrup1 egg, lightly beaten3 Tbsp. butter1½ tsp. vanilla extract¼ tsp. kosher saltDippers, such as apple slices, pretzel crisps, and/or graham crackers
1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Spread mixture in bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill, covered, until ready to serve (or up to 5 days).
2. For topping, stir together pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, butter, vanilla, and salt in a medium saucepan.…
