Quick Beef Stir-Fry

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, plus more if needed1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced¼ tsp. salt1½ cups fresh broccoli florets1 red bell pepper, sliced1 cup thinly sliced carrot (about 2 carrots)2 Tbsp. chopped green onion, plus more for garnish1 tsp. minced garlic 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted1 tsp. grated fresh ginger or ¼ tsp. ground ginger
1. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef with salt, stirring, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Move beef to side of wok. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, green onion, and garlic in center of wok; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
