Meet Kuli, the surfing kitty. He’s a sweet little orange-and-white tabby who calls Oahu, the most populous of the Hawaiian islands, home. Kuli is living the good life now, but things didn’t start out that way for him. He was found on the street on the island’s west shore when he was just three months old, suffering from neglect, malnutrition and a severe eye infection.
