SINCE 2017, Norris-Jones has helped UFC deliver a flurry of revenue through a potent combination of partnerships with DraftKings, Monster, Modelo, Jose Cuervo, Kraft Heinz, Timex, and Anheuser-Busch.
After the mixed martial arts promoter joined sports entertainment giant WWE within Endeavor-led holding company TKO, Norris-Jones and his new 75-member team kept applying pressure through partnership sales, activations, revenue strategy, marketing solutions, and operations in New York, Las Vegas, Connecticut, London, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Shanghai, and Toronto.
Norris-Jones expanded Prime Hydration’s UFC sponsorship into the WWE and put its brand in the center of the wrestling ring, with his team setting the sponsor revenue record for WWE SummerSlam. At UFC, meanwhile, he helped bring in Riyadh Season for a title sponsorship of UFC 306 at Sphere in Las Vegas.
