Triumphant One-Pan Gnocchi SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS 625g fresh potato gnocchi 40g butter 400g assorted mushrooms, whole or sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 300ml pouring cream 90g baby spinach leaves, trimmed ⅔ cup (50g) finely grated parmesan METHOD 1 Place the gnocchi in a large frying pan with enough boiling water from the kettle to cover.
