LUCY LETBY The 31-year-old children’s nurse has been charged with murdering eight babies and attempting to kill 10 others. Her arrest followed a three-year investigation into the deaths at the Countess of Chester Hospital in Cheshire, England. The hospital raised the alarm following the high number of fatalities between March 2015 and July 2016. Two babies died at the hospital in 2013, whereas eight babies died in 2015 in Letby’s care.
