CRANBERRY MUESLI LOAF Serves 8, prep 20 mins, cook 1 hour WHAT YOU NEED 410g can pear slices in juice ½ cup vegetable oil 2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten ²/₃ cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour ½ cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries 1 cup muesli Butter, to serve (optional) 1 Grease a 12cm x 22cm medium loaf pan. What attracted you to Squinters, which looks at just the commuting part of working for a company? It feels like a play.
