“it’s a Volkswagen, what could possibly go wrong?” On a dark January night, a guy who knew very little about Buses, or Volkswagens at all, dropped a wad of cash on a table in Kingman, Arizona. He buckled his young daughters in the back seat, took a deep breath, crossed his fingers – and probably a few other things – and hit the road to Las Vegas in his newly acquired 1977 Westfalia Camper.
