BACK in the Eighties and Nineties, I used to love following the wacky antics of former Labour leader Neil Kinnock. I particularly liked it when he fell over on Brighton Beach that time and got a wet arse, and then sort of angrily punched the air as he staggered off. However, I haven’t seen him on telly for a few years, and I was just wondering: is he still Welsh?
