The Euro 2022 football competition also kicks off in England this year, beginning on 6 July. It features 16 European women’s national teams, including England, Northern Ireland, Germany and France. The final will be at Wembley Stadium in London on 31 July. Group stage and knockout games are being held in Brentford (in London), Brighton, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Southampton, Rotherham and Wigan.
