Pictures of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s secret estate have been leaked for the first time.
The largest private residence in Russia – at 190,425 sq ft – it’s supposedly fitted with all the mod cons: casino, cinema, amphitheatre, bakery, ice rink, pole-dancing boudoir, tropical greenhouses and escape hatch leading to the Black Sea.
The £1bn palace was paid for by what Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny called “the largest bribe in history”, with funds coming from oligarchs and businessmen in return for favours.
Navalny survived a Novichok poisoning plot last year. Returning from treatment in Berlin, he was immediately arrested, and Navalny’s team released footage they filmed on a drone filled with details of the palace and many more allegations of corruption, which has now been viewed tens of millions…
