Guru recently liberated a 2019 vintage Amazon Fire TV Cube (£110) from the T3 cupboard during one of his clandestine night raids. Not to watch TV or even stream anything – all of his TVs are smart enough already – but in order to monkey with emulation. Possibly accidentally, Amazon has recently allowed multi-system emulator hotchpotch RetroArch onto its utterly mediocre App Store, which means the process is as simple as picking up a Micro USB hub, slapping a load of (entirely legal) ROM files on a USB stick, plugging the whole lot in and playing.
