Rhubarb & Almond Cake Serves: 6 Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 40 min 1 Preheat oven to 180C/ Gas 4, and grease and base line a 20-22cm springform cake tin. 2 Break eggs into a food processor bowl. Add flour, ground almonds, sugar, spread and vanilla extract. Mix to a smooth batter.
