Korma Beef Noodle Stir-Fry SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 10 MINS ■ 3 x 70g instant noodle cakes ■ 500g beef stir-fry strips ■ 2 tbsp vegetable oil ■ 3 green onions, cut diagonally into 3cm pieces ■ 1 large red capsicum, cut into thin strips ■ 200g snow peas, halved diagonally ■ 2 tbsp korma paste ■ 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 Cook noodles according to packet directions.
