Today, at age 65, she has an old-school mindset when it comes to the tour and the organisation that her predecessors, notably the Founders, gave birth to 72 years ago. Paying particular attention to your nutrition recovery strategies immediately after a training session or event has been shown to positively impact your performance the next time you exercise. In August I attended the NZ golf council conference and learned so much about golf in NZ.
