What is it about speed that captivates and motivates us? What is it that drives us to danger, excitement, unreasonable buying decisions and, of course, above all can occupy our mind, filling both our dreams and waking moments for indefinite periods of time? Speed is a curious thing because, more often than not, it’s not even real speed we’re talking about, but rather the sensation of speed.
