A scarce Casull Arms’ CA 2000 .22LR (one of approximately 900 made) went for a comfortable $2,000 plus premiums at a Sportsman’s Legacy sale on March 11, 2018. The gun came complete with its original (numbered) locking “book case,” which also contains an integral booklet signed by Dick Casull. Machined from stainless steel and featuring a satin finish, it has a 1¾-inch barrel, five-shot cylinder, folding trigger, internal hammer, external safety and Micarta grips. The revolver remains in at-least 99 percent condition, with only slight evidence of handling and firing.
