Brodetto is a classic Italian tomato-based fish stew brimming with heart-healthy seafood, beans, and tomatoes.
1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed1 (14.5-oz.) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained1¼ cups seafood stock (such as Kitchen Basics)3 garlic cloves, crushed½ tsp. crushed red pepper¼ tsp. kosher salt1 lb. mussels, scrubbed and debearded8 oz. sea scallops8 oz. medium peeled, deveined raw shrimp½ cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
